I am not speculating...

I have wondered for a few days what to write about this subject, or if anything at all should be written.

A sad thing has happened around Trenton. A shocking thing has happened in and around the military community. Other than this link
I will not be posting comments, speculations or my thoughts and opinions on the subject. other than to say that CFB Trenton and the military community are going through a very very rough time and the events that are rumored to have occured with one person do not reflect on the entire military family.

Leaving....

In 17 days I am leaving.

I am leaving everything I know and love for something new and scary and somewhat intimidating.

people are so proud of me, and all I can think about is how scared I am to fail, to let everyone down. People are telling me how great what I am embarking on is, and I see it as a new job.

And yet, tomorrow I am swearing in to join the military. Today was my 3rd last "wednesday" with S and the little man. It was a great day and I got to see a great little video of the new baby as well. I am so excited for them and yet I wish I was going to be around more, I know I will miss our Wednesdays.

I am going to miss mom's home cooking and pedicures and just chillin on the couch, it's amazing sometimes that I am going to miss so much just because I am starting a new job.

Not sure if I am ready to embark on this new carrer.
